Do you have a question about your order from Nutkins Bakery? Before you get in touch with us, please check the frequently asked questions below – we may have already answered it for you.

What postal service do you use?
We post all orders Royal Mail First Class in securely packaged boxes and strong poly-mailer bags. Royal Mail has a 90% next day delivery rate, but can sometimes take two days to arrive, and up to three if you're in a remote territory (Highlands etc.). If you would like your brownies to arrive on a specific day we can post it Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery, however there will be an additional cost for this as shown at the checkout. In this instance will need to let us know your chosen delivery date, otherwise all boxes will be posted next working day.

Do you deliver internationally?
Sadly not. Due to the nature of our products, we only deliver to the UK, including Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Can I arrange for my order to arrive on a specific day? 
If you need it for a specific date, please upgrade to Special Guaranteed Delivery at checkout. With First Class delivery you can put a preferred delivery date for special occasions, whether it be a birthday or Valentine's Day, at checkout - we are then able to dispatch 1-2 working days before the date requested. Please note: this does not guarantee delivery on the specific date with First Class – only that we will dispatch your order with time for delivery. 

When will my order be shipped? 
All items are dispatched next working day (Monday to Friday) following receipt of your order. We dispatch your brownies on the same day as they're baked for maximum freshness. We do not post orders on Saturday or Sunday. 

Delayed or undelivered parcels
Before contacting us, please always check that your package hasn't been delivered to a neighbour, or being held at the post office. We work hard to ensure delays don't occur, but sadly sometimes it is out of our control. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund unless your delivery is lost or delayed over 3+ days. 

How long will my tasty treats keep?
Our brownies and rocky road have a shelf life of up to 10 days at room temperature, but will last longer if stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator. All of our products, except the rocky road, can be frozen for up to 3 months. For your peace of mind, your order will be stamped with a best before date.
